Thursdays is at 4pm-6pm at the gymnasium hall at the National Stadium Abuja.
Fridays time 2pm-4pm at the gymnasium hall at the National Stadium Abuja.
Saturdays time is at 2pm-4pm gymnasium hall at the National Stadium Abuja.
